Tomas Batalla Kal, the head chef, was amazing and made sure we were completely satisfied. The meats were cooked to perfection and prepared exactly to our liking. I was very impressed with the customer service from the entire team — they truly went above and beyond. We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and they definitely made it special. Highly recommend!

1201 Bagels - Ellensburg

Jordan C. Really delicious bagels! Driving through on a road trip and decided to stop here. 40 minutes before they closed the drive thru line was crazy long! However we ordered at the walk up window and there was no wait at all. Our group got the kids turkey & cheese, kids PB&J, the Ruben, and the bacon egg and cheese. The Ruben was incredible- I recommend it on an onion bagel. Everything was so good we went back for two more bagels to share- plain bagel with plain cream cheese and a Parmesan pesto bagel with garden veggie cream cheese. The only thing I didn’t really care for was the side of pasta salad. It wasn’t bad, just wasn’t what I was expecting. The service was great and they have limited outdoor seating. There is a porta potty on site (no actual restroom) but did not see any hand sanitizer on site. Definitely recommend and would return.

Black Sheep Bellingham - Bellingham

Tricia Jacobs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Might be one of the best-smelling restaurants I’ve ever walked into! My friend picked The Black Sheep for lunch and told me, “We’re having tacos!” She knows Mexican food is my favorite, so she had me at tacos. And honestly… the name Black Sheep is genius — I couldn’t wait to try it. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was completely my style: brick, wood, warm lighting — cozy, modern, and so inviting. I ordered the fish taco and the carne asada taco, and I can’t even explain how good they were. Absolutely delicious! We shared guacamole and queso for the table, and both were outstanding. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, high quality, and thoughtfully prepared. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the whole place felt well-run and well-loved. I truly can’t wait to take my family here. On the way out, I noticed their vending machine — not your typical machine at all! It had useful items plus some local, handcrafted pieces. A blinged-out lighter caught my eye, and of course I was happy to support local while working in Bellingham for the day. Five stars isn’t enough — thank you, Black Sheep, for such an amazing lunch and experience. I will definitely be back!

Chimacum Cafe - Chimacum

Savannah Schade My husband and I came for the first time and immediately fell in love with this place. Has that old timey classic diner feel. The music fits the vibe. The staff was quick, attentive and super friendly. The food was amazing!! I had the chicken fried steak and eggs and my husband got the biscuits and gravy. We come up to this area because we got married in Port Hadlock and its dear to our hearts. 100% will be back!!
