5 /5 Gabriel: 5/5 This restaurant ticked all of the boxes. My fiance made reservations for a date night, and it was incredible. We ordered the crab bisque and we were blown away. It was complex and hardy, utterly delicious. I ordered the lasagna which was amazing but she ordered the ragu, and I wish I had ordered the same. Incredible. Service was fantastic; attentive and pleasant. I absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a romantic and intimate dinner with someone special.

5 /5 Andrew R: Truly lovely place. Warm and comforting environment, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and excellent food clearly made with love. Not the cheapest place in the world, but reasonable prices for the quality you get. Will definitely be going back!

5 /5 MEGHAN CUMA: We were able to be seated as a walk in right away. The ambiance is extremely cozy and romantic, I’d only really recommend for date nights. Most people seemed to be there on a special occasion. The food was simply incredible. You can tell each dish was made to order. Fantastic butter shrimp which I think was our favorite dish and creamy Brussels sprouts appetizer (warning: lots of cheese). The seared halibut was bright and fresh. The brown butter scallop risotto was so rich and delicious, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great wine selection as well and the moondrop cocktail was strong and tangy. Sabrina our waitress took fantastic care of us. Didn’t have room for dessert but we will definitely be back whenever we’re in town!

4 /5 Ethan Prantera: Overall, a fine experience. The staff were attentive and the restaurant is cute with a nice atmosphere. The food was just okay. Nothing felt particularly unique, which can work if execution is exceptional, but nothing here stood out. The beet appetizer was good, if a touch too sweet for my taste; my partner loved it. The wedge salad was delicious, but the $13 Caesar was unimpressive. We split the ribeye (highly recommended by reviews and family); the flavors were fine, but it lacked a proper char and caramelized crust and about half the surface was gray. It was also almost 1/3 fat and had a few gristly bites. For better steak, I’d stick with Asado or El Gaucho. The mashed potatoes were fine and the seasonal vegetables were excellent. Portion sizes were fair for the price, aside from the disappointing Caesar. Were we satisfied? Yes. Would we return without a gift card? Undecided. We still have credit left and might give it another try later in the year in case it was an off night and try some of their other entrees.

5 /5 Garrett S.: This place is outstanding. I took my girlfriend here on a Wednesday night with no reservation. We found free street parking nearby. The shadowy dining room gives this place a feeling of being tucked away from antique row. Compared to that other big restaurant on Broadway, the menu here feels small and curated. I chose the house special lasagna and my partner had the brown butter scallop risotto. Both dishes were so incredibly rich and full of flavor that neither of us could finish our plates. Since the menu is so small, we want to come back here and try everything. This is a great choice for a private dinner or a special celebration.
