5 /5 Elijah Dotson: The service is always quick. I order online or walk in and always quickly get my pizza. The store is clean and the staff is always engaging and friendly. The pizzas are always well made with the toppings arranged evenly. I frequent this location for the great service I always receive. I jokingly say their pizzas are singlehandedly keeping me fed.

They offered me a few bucks off my next pizza, I told them I wanted to return it..they made us a new pizza ,.IT WAS ALSO WEIRD AND DOUGHY also sadly. As you can see in the picture, the top of the pizza is perfectly cooked. We ate 1/5th of the pizza too, they almost didnt want to take it back and made big deal about it. Like we tried to be good sports and try it but it was too gross. We didnt do anything wrong, something was wierd with the dough..it even tasted sour , like sour dough vibes. Ive gotten papa Murphys for years in other towns like Wenatchee and Puyallup, not sure why this store in Ephrata cant get their dough right. Both pizzas including the replacement one, was nasty overly doughy. We arent coming back. They put too much yeast in the dough or something.
