4 /5 Diego Cervera: I recently had the opportunity to enjoy Venezuelan food, and I must say the seasoning was exceptional. Each dish was filled with rich, authentic flavors that reflect the true essence of this wonderful cuisine. However, one aspect I feel could be improved is the sauces that accompanied the arepas.
In my experience, I would have preferred the sauces to be freshly made at the restaurant. Homemade sauces not only provide a more natural flavor but also elevate the overall dining experience. While the sauces offered were good, a taste of that freshness would make a huge difference, ideally complementing the arepas and other dishes.
In short, the Venezuelan food I tried was delicious, and the seasoning was the star of the evening. With a small adjustment to the preparation of the sauces, Im sure the experience would be even more impressive. I will definitely return and hope to see improvements in this area!
