Rocky Bay Cafe & Delicatessen - (Near Friday Harbor, WA)

Jon boy I have heard nothing but good things about this place so of course I had to try it! They were not wrong. Definitely a 5/5. Great smiling faces, amazing tasting food, and quick service.

Craig MacKay I tried the loaded dumplings with both beef and chicken, and they were really good. I’m not a dumpling connoisseur, but combining loaded baked potato flavors—green onions, bacon, cheddar, and sour cream—with pierogi-like dumplings just makes perfect sense. It was so good I wished I had ordered the large! We also shared an apple turnover, which was excellent, and my wife had the chicken soup with dumplings—also amazing. Everything tasted fresh and comforting. I highly recommend this place and honestly wish I lived closer so I could visit more often.

Melissa Deaton Cathie and her Gifted Kitchen provided the food for my daughter’s bridal shower. The food was amazing and delicious! Cathie sat with us and helped create a custom menu that was perfect and very affordable. Highly recommend the delicious chicken salad, dill potato salad & tortellini salad! Mark Beckstrom The Krispy Krunchy Chicken "store" within the convenience store served hot steamy chicken pieces. And true to its name the breading was crunchy. The breading and chicken were well seasoned with signs that the marinade had penetrated well into the meat. The seasoning is actually quite mild. I had hoped for a lot more heat, but it was still very tasty. The individual pieces were good sized. Considerably larger than KFC for instance. There is no seating inside but the station has picnic tables outside next to the building.

Jasmine Sasser Had to wait a minute for the food but honestly calling ahead probably is a good idea if you get their Birria Ramen. So DELICIOUS. The asada and carnitas burritos were so good. Love their red sauce. A great experience. The lady was so nice.

Kortayn This little old fashioned diner has it going on! The owner and family are out and about being really friendly and pitching in on everything. The milkshakes are made by hand and the person making ours was one of the children of the owner. Seeing the children helping out and learning the family business made me proud, that is how it should be and that is also what we are losing so fast these days. The milkshake and burger were really tasty. The only two things that I would change: A little more seasoning on the patty, it was nice and thick with good beef flavor but some season salt would have kicked it higher. Also, the fries made it to us without salt and by the time I salted them it wouldnt stick anymore.
