1 /5 Sarah B: We came here for the first time on 8/29/25 around 6 p.m., we wanted to try something new. We were completely ignored for almost 15 minutes after sitting, no one brought us menus and no one acknowledged us. 2 groups that came in after us got menus and drinks before us! The guy working the floor didnt acknowledge us at all when we walked in and he looked right at us as we walked through the door. It made us feel unwelcomed. Finally a young lady asked for our drink order, then another 10 minutes for our iced teas and menus to arrive. We ordered a steak, a burger, and a pretzel and that took another 40 minutes. The steak was ordered at medium rare and came out almost well done, the steak was also way salty, the burger was ok, not great but not bad. The pretzel came out with both meals, we wish it would have come out before the meals like an appetizer (we understand its not a fast food restaurant but you would think with how long the meals took, they would have been decent). We didnt leave because we both were hungry as it was dinner time and we made a plan to go here and didnt want to have to wait at ANOTHER restaurant. We were very disappointed with the food and ESPECIALLY the service! Now mind you, it was not that busy, not all of the tables were full and literally 2 people sitting in the bar (this place is not that big lol). We wont be coming back lesson learned.
