Subway - (Near Ephrata, WA)

1 /5 jenny ruiz: Came in at 7:30pm. Outside the front door were a bunch of teenagers talking about how rude an older lady was. Walked in and watched a white older lady talk down so rudely to a little girl who had come in to pick up an order. She yelled at the little girl, slammed drinks at her, and told her to “take the drinks!” First and only then would she give her the sandwiches. When it came to us she slammed her hand down on a bag and pulled it from us. Why are they keeping someone that is extremely rude and has no customer service skills??? Never coming back.

1 /5 Maraya H: My partner came home from subway today to tell me that his experience being there was absolutely disgusting. He asked for two sandwiches and a young BRAND NEW employee was making them. Of course on her first day she had a lot of questions, understandably. Whoever was training this poor girl NEEDS some sensitivity training or something because she was a complete brat and lacked a LOT of empathy for this young woman. Was hardly answering any of the questions and just expected her to know where everything was at on her first day and exactly how to cut and assemble these sandwiches and was extremely hostile in front of my partner while “answering” the questions she had. If this is how this business is ran, my partner and I would sure be glad to take our business elsewhere and happily spread the word.

1 /5 - (‪A-non‬): So everything’s closed off by 7 even though they close at 9. Secondly, the girl working there will add a 20% tip without saying anything. It’s be one thing if it was a restaurant where they make less than minimum wage… but’s it’s cheap, fast food…

2 /5 Jeff Teal: Almost $20.00 for a lettuce sandwich! Almost no meat. Move on if you’re thinking about a good sandwich. Robbery!

2 /5 Drew Jaeger: My foot long sandwich was made incorrectly or was the complete wrong sandwich. We drove back down to get it figured out it and, Julie at the front, was upset that I was requesting a new sandwich to be made, as it was missing key ingredients. She took the incorrect foot long sandwich with both hands and threw it across the table in anger. Not an employee that should be dealing with customers. Avoid!!
