The Hub Bar & Restaurant - (Near Centralia, WA)

4 /5 Shannon Williams: We went after friend recommend Thursday place. I really love wings. I see that Wednesdays they have $1 wings. My husband got the $8 burger meal. He said the burger was good. The fries were OK. I tasted one and they were ok. A bit on the floppy side. The wings had a good flavor but they were the tiniest wings Ive ever had. 8 was surprised at the variety of wing sauces you can choose from. Even "Death by chocolate". I hade the Garlic Parmesan. The place has a sit down restaurant atmosphere up front with sports on the TV. Thats where we sat. Theres a bar area in the back with dimmed lights. You can sit at tables or at the bar there. There was only one woman tending to everyone and she did a great job keeping up with everyone. Overall I probably wouldnt go back. Ive had better food, especially wings, elsewhere. All in all, it was OK

3 /5 Nicole Eng-Pierson: I so wanted to love this place. I follow The Hub on TikTok and everything looks so yum. Finally drove down and it was a so disappointing. The service was awesome. The place had a happy vibe. But the food was so over cooked. And meh... chicken fried steak was wayyyy over cooked. The Belgian waffle we couldnt even cut it with a fork and a knife. We did ask for at least that to be remade. All the toast was smooshed like a cardboard box.

5 /5 Peter cavello: Love love love this hole in the wall bar/restraunt. The server was amazing. I think is was “Sheena” not very sure but she was super attentive to our family. Stuck up a conversation like we were family. My kids loved and I loved her. We ordered a lot of food. By the end of it all we were so full. We come up every year for the great wolf lodge, so we will definitely be back making sure Travis and Joe are doing their job on all the weird a wacky but amazing food they make!

3 /5 W J “Smalls”: EDIT: I went back here on a Friday evening for dinner and drinks with a friend. They had karaoke, which was cute watching kids sing. The server we had was less than pleasant. The place was far from busy, yet she seemed as though she did not want to be there. Once we got our food and drinks, she never came back to check on us. Next, we knew she was leaving as I assumed her shift was over. The male bar tender never once acknowledged us, and we sat there for over an hour after receiving our food and drinks. He walked past us numerous times, never looking our way. He seemed much more concerned with the young people who were standing at the bar. I had high hopes for the place. I do not think I will return again on a Friday as there seems to be a certain type of crowd that is catered to, and if you dont fit into that genre, you are ignored. Very cozy atmosphere and staff was wonderful. I ordered the shrimp basket, which came with a fair amount of great fries. I also ordered the Fresh berry shortcake dessert special. It was beyond amazing. It came with 3 shortcakes, layered with vanilla cream, fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, whipped topping, and drizzled with a strawberry sauce I sure hope they bring that back. It was sooo good!!! PS. I ate all my shrimp before I remembered to take a picture.
