5 /5 Jewels Lutovsky: This is located off of 8th and not Bellevue Way, in the old Ruths Chris location. My friend and I chose the Chef Kaurna Long who is the owner of Sophons, located off Greenwood, close to Greenlake and Beths Cafe. The experience starts off with checking in, getting your table map, and seat numbers, and they give you a small gold ducky for a drink token. You get your drink and then have numerous spots to sit down. They have a shimmering gold backdrop for photos, and you can take as many as you like. They notify everyone when the stairs are open and the dining area is ready to be seated. My only complaint that the plastic chairs were so uncomfortable and were poking into my thighs, so I couldnt sit back in the chair and had to sit on the front of the chair for the full 2.5 hours. The dinner experience includes 3D artwork that plays over the table while you eat, and is changed with each course. The Chef also came out numerous times to tell us about himself, where he gets his food locally, and how he uses his Cambodian upbringing to include in his food. The dinner starts off with an appetizer that is like a Cambodian Chicken Nugget and very good. Then you get a cured fish dish, 4 hour braised short ribs, Sophons signature braised pork belly, and then ended with a Cambodian mochi donut. It was a fun and unique experience, and the Chef and the food was amazing! The meat was so moist and everything was prepared perfectly! I highly recommend checking out Sophon, as I will be going to get some more of his Signature braised pork belly!

5 /5 Jennifer Dean: I loved the curated menu by the chef. It wasn’t just something found at the restaurant, it was his crafted meni for the night. The chef came out and spoke during the meal and hung around for pictures and conversations after, adding to the evening and making it feel like an extra special occasion. It was a full experience from when you arrive, the little gold ducks, the decor, pre-event drinks, photo op, little rooms to sit and mingle before dinner, all of it was a vibe that was elevated and elegant.

5 /5 B V: The Radiant Table is a one-of-a-kind immersive dining experience in Bellevue that combines projection mapping with award-winning chefs. From welcome drinks in the lounge to a dining room transformed by lights and visuals, it feels magical from start to finish. Chef Karuna Long from Sophon presented Cambodian-inspired dishes like fried chicken, pleauh trei cured albacore tuna, and kreoung short ribs. Vegetarians enjoyed benh lie ang — roasted cauliflower with chili sauce, and dessert ended with nom kong, a Cambodian mochi donut. Everything we ate was delightful and locally sourced.

They explained how a few dishes were prepared and recommended an amazing drink pairing that made the meal even better. It felt personal, not rehearsed. The vibe is cozy but refined — like a secret gem you almost don’t want to tell too many people about because it’s that good. The Radiant Table has officially become my go-to spot in Bellevue. Whether it’s for a date night, a celebration, or just treating yourself to something special, this place delivers on every level. Huge compliments to the entire team — you can taste and feel the love in everything they do.

5 /5 Samuel Narlock: We went on a night featuring Surrells Chef Aaron Tekulve. The whole event included so many thoughtful details such as real, full bouquets, a full photo wall with free prints, hand crafted cocktails, a stylish lounge etc. The food we enjoyed was mostly local ingredients and was a delicious and amazing adventure. Combined with the entertaining table displays the whole evening was truly one of a kind.
