3 /5 Maritza Maserati: This has been on our list to try for sometime and with other amazing reviews we were super excited going in. The service was very friendly and when you walk in this place smells amazing. The food handling rating is also top notch which is something that is very important to us. You can really tell the people put love and effort into their food. If you plan to eat in know it is very drafty and can be cold in there even with the space heaters they have running. We got the stuffed chicken #1 and the #8. The stuffed chicken (#1) was seen and raved about in many reviews; but it wasn’t for us. We tried to like it and we hate food waste but after a second bite neither of us ate any more. It is an oddly sweet flavor combined with seasonings that just don’t seem to go well with our palette. It also did not come with sticky rice and instead their signature rice which they made us aware of when we ordered. The sticky rice might have made more balance with the flavor but we can’t say for sure. 1/5. The #8 was in my opinion better but the chicken was dry, possibly due to it being chopped and cooked. We ordered it mild and then got the chili sauce on the side. That sauce was great, had a kick that lingered. The rice on this plate was said to be the same as the other but this one definitely had more flavor. 3/5. Overall we left full but not really satisfied and feeling kind of bogged down. We felt bad leaving food behind but we knew if we took the rest home we would not eat it. Maybe Cambodian food is just not our thing but we always go into places with an open mind and we do love all types of food, so it was just a surprising experience based on others reviews. Not sure if we would have ordered other things that we would have had a better experience. Overall the price was also disappointing since most of the meal was rice. Our total was ~$50. The other people that were eating in had sandwiches that looked amazing. Basically if you go I’d skip the stuffed chicken and give something else a try.

5 /5 Heather Ace: AMAZING. Don’t think twice. Eat here. Get the combo plate, it has the amazing rice and the hits as far as the meat goes. 100% can feed two or one lucky person who wants leftovers. The stirfry chicken with rice is dreamy. The chefs energy and support of her food is beautiful, this is soul food! The flavors are off the charts, uniquely diff than Thai, Laos, Vietnam and surrounding cultures. Don’t pass over the house made chili oil and accompanying veg, herbs and pickled goodies, they all goes toward making these explosive bites w the rice and meats. We will 100% be coming back, telling everyone we know and eating here again. We did takeout and it made it home perfectly. I’m dying to try the pasty and all the skewers now!

5 /5 Kayla Fernandez: Walking in, you are greeted by a huge menu on display. This establishment has a small dining area. I would consider it intimate & cozy Khmer beef skewer-2.99 10/10, the meat was tender and juice and had so much flavor, you can tell they marinated it. It also came embedded on top of a pickled fresh cabbage salad Worth every penny. They also offer a dish with the skewers on rice. I ordered the combination plate - The rice was delicious, it had a nice crunch to it like fried rice. The boneless stuffed jumbo wing was stuffed with noodles and aromatic spices. The meatballs were delicious and had a lemongrass flavor to them. You can tell they were hand rolled. The coconut quarter chicken had crispy fried skin and could taste the coconut flavor throughout the meat. It was perfectly cooked, and extremely juicy. This dish also came with that delicious cabbage salad and some spicy chili paste known as “demon sauce”. It wasn’t too spicy, it was perfect. As I was eating she was frying a pan of vegetarian egg rolls for a catering order. This item was not on the menu. After I finished I stayed and talked to the owner. She was very friendly and accommodating. I will be back to try more of her dishes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
