Timberline Brewing - (Near Wenatchee, WA)

Yujia Z. One of my favorite Italian restaurants for pasta. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxed, making it a great place for a proper sit-down meal. The pasta is cooked perfectly al dente. This was also the first Italian restaurant I’ve been to that uses zucchini as a side component, which does a great job of balancing out the richness of the dishes. Recommended: Cappellini Aglio e Olio (vegetarian) and Linguine Carbonara — both are well-executed and very satisfying. For dessert, they bring out a large tray and let you choose in person. The tiramisu and the double chocolate cake are both solid picks. A great spot if you’re looking for well-made pasta, a comfortable setting, and a classic Italian dining experience.

Roci Gainey-Graham I recognize the homemade, authentic Mexican food flavor! The mole was perfectly seasoned, not too sweet. I ordered the side of roasted jalapeños to add the spice. They were nice and HOT! Got the order to go, drove 5 minutes and the food was not as piping hot as I’d hoped. But very tasty, and generous portions. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely visit again.

Ashley What a cute little restaurant! Perfect place to sit or get your food to go. I got their chicken Cobb salad and was very satisfied. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The surprise of the meal was their homemade focaccia bread. I had no idea how good it would be. Next time, I just might have to try their sandwich on their yummy bread.

Daniel Flud Been here a few times and must say I really enjoy this place. Food may be a little pricey but service here is really good. And wow, the food is amazing. My personal favorite is probably the brisket burger. Having the patty topped with brisket just makes this one of my favorite burgers Ive had in years. Very fun atmosphere and certainly going to be going here more.
