Meche Kneidinger Oh man, being from southern Louisiana, I was skeptical coming in. There have been so many times I’ve tried “southern” food that just ain’t it. We knew once we tasted the collards that this place was legit! Yes every dish has some kind of fusion twist, but seems like they do a good job of getting that comfort food richness, no matter which cuisine takes lead in any particular dish. They use the right flavors to honor the old recipes while still providing a fresh new take. We got the collards with a yummy hot sauce, crawfish risotto, chicken palak lasagna, and spiced apple bread pudding with salted whipped butter. Delicious. Also the drinks are on point! Balanced— too often whiskey cocktails are too sweet and the Crossroads was perfectly bitter and whiskey-forward. People leaving bad reviews for the atmosphere on here are nuts. Yeah it’s loud but it’s a fun, vibrant restaurant with birthday songs, laughter, and lots of love. These guys are killing it! Can’t wait to try more things here.

Tracy Mallgren I love the sushi house. When you dine in, you can pick plates of sushi off of the conveyor belt that runs past your table. Makes for a good variety of sushi instead of having to pick just one or two rolls. Each plate is a different color, which corresponds to the prices. Roughly 2.5-5$ per plate. There are also fruit options, deserts, and other small meals on the plates outside of just sushi rolls. I spend about 15$ and leave feeling full and happy. There is also a menu with other food options.

Abhash Kumar Singh This spot was highly recommended in public forums and we decided to have lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. They also have a sister restaurant right beside selling coffee and other quick snacks. There was a line but it moved fast. We got the fried yucas and choripollo sandwich. The yucas were mindblowing - absolutely delicious, I have not had such texture in a fried dish before. The spice mix sprinkled on it and the sauce was delightful. The chorizo and chicken sandwich was smashing - the chimichurri sauce in it was so tasty we couldn’t believe how good it was. I’m glad we found this place on our visit.

Big Matt Honestly such a cute restaurant! Very friendly and freshly made food. They even make their own tortillas on the spot. Delicious food!
