5 /5 Jackie Andersen: Tonight was our third visit to Wild Sage and what we’ve found is that this restaurant NEVER disappoints! We tried their tácitos and now we see why people rave about this appetizer. It’s the perfect blend of crunch, spice and creamy avocado! We love their bacon and blue cheese salad and have gotten this every time we’ve eaten there. There’s something very satisfying about this flavor combination that has us committed to repeating it with each visit. Their light popovers with lavender honey butter are divine and are bordering on an addiction for us both. We tried the bouillabaisse and agreed that the rich, savory sauce pulled all of the flavors together and made it a winner! We ended our meal with their signature coconut cake that, I’m convinced, could solve the world’s problems—oh my, is that heavenly! Our hostess tonight was Sophie (a friendly, bubbly girl who welcomed us and made us comfortable from the start), our server was Mike (knew the menu very well and was able to make some great recommendations for us, he timed the delivery of each dish perfectly so that we weren’t left waiting for the next course), our cook was Logan (very talented chef who made every flavor pop!) and we even met the owner, Garth, tonight. He’s a great, down-to-earth guy who has formed a fabulous team that performs together like clockwork. We had an excellent meal and an enjoyable evening! We’ll be back soon because we love this place!
