Amazing Kitchen - (Near Madera, CA)

5 /5 Alma Barocio: Great food, new clean restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, what more can I say? We came for a late dinner on a Thursday, not a busy night so we got our food pretty quickly and dined in. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty. Im not sure where other reviewers said that the food was greasy or under seasoned. The only greasy item we received was the pot stickers which we dabbed down with a napkin but otherwise they were good. Meat and dumpling plates were tender and juicy, my stir fried green beans were crisp and crunchy. The chow main noodles had excellent flavor and the pork fried rice was chefs kiss. My husbands fried won tons according to him were some of the best he has had in the valley. With the exception of the pot stickers I have no complaints. The servings were very generous and we literally had leftovers for another meal or two. Their prices are also very competitive with other similar restaurants and the food is as good as the places I used to eat at in and around the bay area. 10/10 will eat here again.

4 /5 Amy Brown: Very clean and cute little place. The staff is kind and attentive! The food was good, very hot. My only complaint is that it was the least saltiest Chinese food I’ve ever had lol a little more season would go a long way! We enjoyed our visit, and definitely plan to return!

2 /5 Anthony Gullo: Overall the food was just ok. We ordered broccoli beef, fried shrimp, orange chicken, bacon fried rice and garlic chicken. Broccoli beef didnt really have any flavor, bland, needed way more salt and ginger. Beef texture was rather odd. Fried shrimp was soggy, not crispy, and really didnt have much shrimp in it, was mostly batter. The orange chicken was ok, soggy and not crispy, needed salt. The bacon fried rice wasnt really good, no seasoning and bland. The garlic chicken was probably the best. As a note, everything is a la carte, so you dont get any rice or noodles with main dishes. If you are in the area, China Kitchen by Food-4-Less is a way better option.

5 /5 its Katie legendary rainbow xxx: The establishment provides delicious and ample food portions at very reasonable prices. I personally find the fried rice to be seasoned perfectly. It is neither too salty nor too bland, but just right. The noodles are also quite crispy. It will be my leftovers tomorrow.

1 /5 Lisa Ann Jones: I placed the order over the phone. The lady was very rude and not helpful when I asked for suggestions. Poor service. Food tasteless. Vegetables werent fresh tasted like canned. The egg foo Yung was too thick and tasted sour. Orange chicken over cooked dry hardly any sauce. Rice had no flavor. Prices are reasonable and plates were big but food wasnt very good. Tasted bland and over cooked.
