Austria Hof Restaurant - (Near Mammoth Lakes, CA)

Paul Estuar We had a wonderful experience at Kateen from the moment we were greeted at the front. Our server was friendly and caring, and took the time to thoughtfully walk us through the menu as it was our first time. We had a reservation so there was no wait in being seated. We appreciated being asked whether we were celebrating a special occasion, to which we responded "yes, it was my birthday". There were plenty of thoughtful touches throughout, including the music, the lush tropical decor, and heaters and blankets because it was a chilly evening. My son looked at the photos and said it looked like Miami. My wife and I thought the place reminded us of Mexico City. The food was wonderfully vibrant and beautifully presented. Each dish tasted new to us, which is not something we often experience. The crab enchiladas were perfection. The vibe was so easygoing and friendly that we struck up conversations with the tables next to us, comparing our experiences, and considering what dishes we would order the next time we visit, which I expect will be very soon! Valet parking was $17 for about two hours, which is not unusual for this neighborhood.

Michael Lott We stopped in for lunch on our way up to Sonoma and glad we did. Josie provided the warmest of welcomes. We chose One Ten for their focus on farm to table. Being on the road, NA cocktails were a plus. The Tempura Olives set the stage as the starter of the wonderful meal to come. The 110 Pasta was deliscious. The Short Rib was unctuous and rich. The staff ultimately made for a most memorable experience, meeting the chef and his second was an unexpected delight. We loved it all!

Dave Turner Leonardo is a wonderful host with a fantastic Brazilian flair. I have tried a couple smoothies and an açaí bowl. One of my favorite places to visit in Oside. Leonardo is so friendly and always has a nice smile. I’m looking forward to my next visit even before I am finished with my smoothie!

Jorge Ortiz This is my favorite taco truck in Orland they have the best nachos and there tacos are legendary. I love how they use the yellow corn on their tortillas completely changes the profile for the better. Love this place.

Sarah F This deli was above and beyond the best!!!! The staff was great at making all kinds of accommodations generously for a group with special diets. Travis, the owner, provided an excellent extra large, big fat salad for me at the same price as the usual one. Dave the cashier was super helpful in cutting the sourdough bread in half for my friend and I to buy together. Brian was essential in preparing the food for our group. I appreciate it their flexibility and creating smoothies that we wanted. Our group of 5 was extremely happy with their food too: sandwiches, salads and smoothies. The vegan nacho cheese sauce was delicious and made with cashews and oil free!!!! I love how creative Travis is at creating sauces like those without oil!! Keep it up and I will definitely be back.
