5 /5 Pat P: We looked through a ton of reviews at other dining places, but decided to try here after talking with a couple who really enjoyed their meal. We made reservations through Open table, with a request for a window seat to make our anniversary dinner extra special. When we arrived, a table near the window had been saved for us, with recognition of our special day.
My husband had the recommended Sanddabs, which were perfectly done. I had the salmon with a special request to substitute the spinach for yellow squash and to put the sauce on the side. Both requests were handled nicely and still adapted to look nice. The grilled salmon was perfectly done, moist on the inside with a flavorful crust on the top. The sauce just added to what was already delicious.
Service was friendly all around. Although it was busy, our wait time for dinner was reasonable, though it did take a bit longer to get our bill.
To top the evening off, we were presented with a delicious tuxedo cake dressed with caramel on the side with tiny hearts in red.
It seemed like lots of local people were dining here. Amazingly busy for a Wednesday evening. Highly recommend!
