Fresh Fire Grill - Redding

William Evanusich So never been here, and again the kid picked this place out. I had the chicken sandwich with their slaw and it was amazing! The kid had a chicken bowl and he really liked it. It was pretty fast and although the parking lot seemed almost deserted, there was plenty of free parking, even for several buses! Lee was very sweet and nice and her co-worker was also super helpful, but I forgot her name. I found out their menu comes from Hawaii, and 2 Asian styles of food. For the price it was quite excellent. A little on the plain side for atmosphere, but if you sat in some of the alcoves they designed into the lay out, (see photos) it would probably feel more cozy. I would definitely come here again. I did talk to a customer who says she comes quite often because the one in Palo Cedro closed and she goes here when she can!

SUR at The Barnyard - Carmel-By-The-Sea

Hannah Clitheroe I was nervous about bringing our 10 month daughter out to dinner in NYE but they were so accommodating! I made reservations for 5:15 (before people who didn’t want a nosy baby near them came to dinner) and we were seated immediately. The service was amazing! We ordered a bottle of Pinot noir, the crab cakes, My husband got a burger. Ans I had the seafood linguine - it was AMAZING! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the restaurant was and how easily they accommodated kids, there’s a kids menu and plenty of high chairs. We will definitely be coming back!

Norman Virut Graw One of the best trout and Sea bass dishes we ever had. Great presentation and the ambience in the backyard is so tantalizing. Will definitely have to come back.

Woodstocks Pizza Isla Vista - Isla Vista

Joan Clifford Great atmosphere. I had salad pizza and wings. Everything was very good. I tried the zesty red sauce on the pizza, and the dry rub on the wings. I arrived about 7:00 p.m. on a Wednesday night. It was pretty crowded but by the time I left an hour later there were so many college students packing in ,there was nowhere to sit, the line went around the building. Pretty sure Wednesday nights are pint nights. You place your order at the front and somebody brings you your food there is not necessarily a individual server. I live in Indiana we do not have Woodstock I visit my family twice a year here in the area, and for the past 7 years my family has told me were going to go to Woodstock and have pizza and something happens and we dont. I drove to California from Indiana and I stopped at Woodstock Pizza before I even went to my family so I could for sure finally try their pizza which Ive heard so many great things about. Thank you Woodstock Pizza I was not disappointed.

On The Alley - Santa Barbara

Ross Mantsurov Lovely place to go for a quick seafood meal right on Santa Barbara Harbor. The clam chowder was one of the best I’ve ever had! The fried calamari was a bit fishy but definitely fresh. They also use some of the same dishes from the popular restaurant Brophy Bros right next door. They are definitely a faster, casual eatery, perfect if you haven’t made a reservation anywhere else!
