5 /5 Raymond Aguilar: BJ’s delivered a great dining experience during my recent visit. I ordered the steak and ribs combo, and both were cooked perfectly. The steak was tender and flavorful, while the ribs were juicy with just the right amount of smokiness and sauce. It’s clear they take pride in the quality of their food, and this combo did not disappoint. What really stood out, though, was the service. I sat at the bar and was lucky to have Kristen as my server. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. It’s always refreshing to be served by someone who genuinely seems to enjoy their job and goes the extra mile to ensure you’re taken care of. Overall, I’d highly recommend BJ’s on E. Shaw to anyone looking for a solid meal and great service. Whether youre stopping by for dinner or just grabbing a drink at the bar, the atmosphere is laid-back and comfortable. With delicious food and top-notch service, it’s definitely a spot I’ll be returning to.

5 /5 Anaya Uriarte: Alyssa M was such an amazing surver! She gave us amazing beer recommendations with the biggest smile. We came in sad to hear the spookie pizookie was sold out. But Alyssa TO THE RESCUE! She made us something similar and took care of us! It was the best service ever!! My fiancé and I came in for our double birthday celebration and we’re not disappointed! Alyssa is the best server we’ve ever had and even though she had a lot of other customers, she was speedy quick with service and helped us with all our needs. She was kind, helpful, and all around AMAZING. Best double birthday ever thanks to Alyssa M. If you are so fortunate as to have her as ur server, make sure to tip her double because she deserved it! This was my first 21st birthday and she made it so special. Thanks Alyssa M! We appreciate all that you did and made this the best birthday ever! We loved having you! I gave this location too many chances 1.Service always slow 2.Never attentive 3.Food is unsanitary, this last time my salad had hair, Manager was cool and deducted it but waiter never mention it and never apologized and still try to charge me full Price had to double tell him manager said he’ll take care of it waiter kind of didn’t believe me until I showed him the picture.. last time here never satisfied not worth the time, not worth the wait not worth the food. Seems like understaffed or waiters don’t care about taking care of customers

1 /5 Lucia Angulo: Pulled up to curb-side with my 2 year old. Called ahead to let them know I was curb-side like they ask you to do, since curb-side isn’t an option (just take-out). It said order will be ready by :505pm. It is now 5:20 and when I called for a status update, they put me on hold for another 5 minutes. I now have to pull my child out the car, in cold weather, to go inside since no one is answering the phone. Once I walk in I’m ignored, I then ask the two guys at the desk if my order is ready and it was. Just sitting there getting cold. I ask if they offer curb-side and why no one was answering the phone. One guy said he just started and the other just gave me a dirty look for questioning them. Very rude and terrible service. Food was cold and dry.
