Michael Preiss A Hidden Gem with a Breathtaking View This restaurant is an absolute must-visit — not only for the food, but especially for the stunning rooftop-like setting. The view is nothing short of spectacular, offering a grand and unforgettable panorama that alone makes the visit worthwhile. The food is outstanding, clearly crafted with care and high-quality ingredients. While the prices are on the higher side, the culinary experience more than justifies the cost. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall warm and welcoming atmosphere. The interior design is beautiful, stylish, and perfectly complements the elevated dining experience. Highly recommended for a special evening or anyone looking to enjoy excellent food in an extraordinary setting.

Scott Lebengood Uhhh WOW!!! Can I give 5th Street 10 stars? The service- outstanding. The drinks- outstanding. The food- outstanding. The dessert- outstanding. The 5th Street Steakhouse is my favorite steakhouse Ive been to. I have been to literally 1000s of restaurants. The steak was beyond perfect. Not sure Ive had a freshly toasted whole garlic with my mashed potatoes before. We are not from the area at all but we will be back. We will go well out of our way to stop by 5th Street. Hats off 5th Street. You folks have figured it out.

Taro Doboba I think if they just added some fresh perilla leaves to wrap the meat and made the soup tastier, this would definitely be one of my favorite barbecue restaurants. The meat is very fresh and delicious; you can feel how juicy and tender it is. The staff will grill the meat for you, so you dont have to worry about watching it to make sure its cooked just right. I dont remember the specific cuts of meat, but I ordered numbers 4 and 5 of the beef and number 4 of the pork, and they were so good that we ordered nearly 10 plates. I think the price is worth the quality. The staff member who grilled the meat at our table was very sweet; she constantly refilled the side dishes when they ran out and was very friendly. The restaurant is quite noisy, but the space is clean and cozy. You wont be able to make a reservation because its always crowded, but you should definitely go and experience it.

Joe S We walked in on a Wednesday night celebrating a great work day; slightly nervous because it was a hour before closing. We were welcomed warmly and never felt rushed during our meal. Food and drinks were tasty. Decor is nice. Will come back!

Jacqueline Hogan The food was really yummy. I went there for my birthday. The food was well seasoned. We had short ribs, rack of lamb and French onion soup and apple puff. Staff servixe was excellent. However, your voice echos in the inside space. Next time I will sit outside.

Juniper and Ivy - San Diego

Dawne Morris One of the best fine-dining experiences I’ve had in a long time, Michelin star restaurants included. I took my husband here for his 49th birthday, and Juniper and Ivy exceeded every expectation. Every dish just kept getting better, starting with an unforgettable amuse bouche and ending with an otherworldly dessert. The wagyu carpaccio was hands-down the best I’ve ever had, and the wagyu sirloin and seafood pasta were flawless. Incredible service, thoughtful cocktails, and a beautiful industrial-chic space that feels warm and inviting. Highly recommend. Everyone should eat here at least once. We will be back!
