Tianling Wan The Chicken Marsala is great. The wine sauce is slightly heavier than I thought and the knife is somehow difficult to cut, but overall I like it a lot. Will come back to try other dishes. Comfortable outdoor seating too and nice service.

Whiskey Creek - Bishop

Rating: 4.3 /5
Sherri Henry We were visiting Bishop as a small family reunion trip. We had just finished a photo shoot that took wayyy longer than anticipated. We walked in 30 min before closing, a group of 12 and starving. They were also the only place still open that evening. We knew they were probably not happy to see us walk in. Understandably so, ha! However, they seated us and our server was great. He promptly took our drink orders and we decided on our food quickly as we knew the kitchen was trying to close and clean up. We all ordered something different... I had the salmon, it was cooked perfectly. The only thing is I didnt read on the menu that it was served with sweet potato chips. I wasnt a fan of that option, I thought there couldve been a better option. Other than that, we all really enjoyed our food and drinks from the bar were on point delicious. Totally recommend the old fashion. The whole experience was very nice. The restaurant is big and nicely decorated, felt very warm and welcoming. The staff were so gracious even though we knew we were a bit of an inconvenience. If youve ever worked in the service industry, you know thats the last thing you want to see come in at 30 min before closing! We were so appreciative, the food was really really good, everyone enjoyed their orders. We did not linger, but we didnt feel rushed to hurry hurry either. We were tired from our long photo shoot so we were ready to get back to the hotel, happy with full bellies. We stayed in Creekside, it was a great place to stay as well. We highly recommend this restaurant for the service, food and atmosphere. If we lived closer Id be happy to go back again and again. They were very accommodating.

Stacy Sorensen First time here after wondering about it for years. Service was great. Food was flavorful and fresh. Loved sitting in the sun listening to music.

Tootsies At The Stanford Barn - Palo Alto

Rating: 4.4 /5
Robert Delicious well-made food. A casual plave to order lunch or breakfast at the counter and have your food or maybe espresso drink brought to a table inside or outside amidst the blooming lavender. The food is authentic but fresh California-Italian hot sandwiches and salads. I enjoy the porchetta sandwich with small side of green salad and the fried chicken sandwich, and every time a properly made cappuccino. The staff are gentle, service-oriented, considerate and friendly. I’ve been going here for 10 years and always look forward to a stop when I’m on the peninsula. There is ample parking. A nice place to meet friends and have some space. Occasionally the pleasantness is brought down by medical staff who think it’s a great place for a conference call.

Café Carmel - Carmel-By-The-Sea

Rating: 4.1 /5
J. E. We had coffee and breakfast at Cafe Carmel last week and decided to order a birthday cake for later in the week. It was chocolate with a raspberry filling between the layers. It was very moist, delicious, and the decorating finish on the outside gave it 5 stars +++++. I would recommend, awesome!!!

Patisserie Boissiere Restaurant - Carmel-By-The-Sea

Jacque James I have yet to get a meal here that wasnt FANTASTIC. My go to is the French Onion Soup and it is always satisfying. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and the staff have great personalities and very helpful. Boissiere is my first stop every time I come to Carmel.
