Lindsey G Joey nails the modern, moody, upscale vibe without feeling pretentious. The ambiance is stylish, the cocktails are top-tier, and the food is truly impressive. They also have a great wine selection that pairs well with just about everything on the menu.
We started with the Korean cauliflower, which was decadent, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor—easily one of the standout dishes of the night. For mains, I ordered the bone-in ribeye while my boyfriend had the steak & sushi combo. Both were cooked beautifully and delivered on flavor and presentation.
What really set this visit apart was the exceptional service. I have a few complicated allergies, and our server went above and beyond—checking with the chef multiple times to ensure everything was safe. The chef even prepared special side dishes so I could enjoy a full meal without compromise, which meant a lot.
Joey delivers on ambiance, cocktails, food, and hospitality. Easily one of the best dining experiences at Valley Fair—and a place I’ll absolutely be returning to.
