The Outpost - Riverside

Rating: 4.6 /5
Francine C. I used to live here but travel out here quite a few times a year and it’s always fun trying new things I see pop open. This place is amazing! The people are real kind and attentive (not in an annoying way). The wine and pizza I had were amazing. My husband also had the charcuterie and a beer and both were phenomenal. The atmosphere was very peaceful and the music playlist made sense for it (a mix of old and new). I sat by the window and the waitress was very nice and scooted another small table for us. The restrooms were clean. All in all I’d wait an hour for my food and be ok because I just liked being there and eating their amazing food. Best pizza I’ve ever had hands down.

Jared McNeill Wow i have been going to the aztec and redwood mini mart for the last couple of years and it wasnt to bad of a place but i went there just in the last couple of weeks and i dont know whats changed but the the kitchen was super clean and proffesional and organised i know theyve gotten a couple new employees so im assuming the new head cooks what the difference is keep it up the food was exellent it didnt have the flavor of a dirty grill and old oil ill defenitely be back for more!

Humble Cheeseburger - Corte Madera

Rating: 5 /5
M S I was in Corte Madera to do my drivers test at the DMV there, was hungry after, checked for what was nearby and happened on this place. This was genuinely maybe the best smashburger Ive ever had. Excellent crust, flavourful meat that was perfectly seasoned, and everything came together beautifully. Also great to see an independent business put so much love and attention into their food. This was so damn good I would drive from SF/south Bay to come here. If youre ever in Corte Madera, this is a must, if youre not, go anyway!

Phil’s - Thousand Oaks

Rating: 4.7 /5
Scott Silver My Dad and I finally tried Phil’s for the first time tonight. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We sat in the bar/lounge in the back of the restaurant which was extremely cozy and had many TV’s with multiple games on. I ordered their manhattan cocktail and it was exquisite. The portion sizes are gigantic so we split the wedge salad and it was fantastic. I ordered the prime rib dip and it was delicious. The combo of the au jus and horseradish was delicious and the beef was thinly sliced and perfectly cooked. My Dad enjoyed the stroganoff, but thought it could have used egg noodles and the sauce perhaps a bit thicker. It was still very tasty and I highly recommend Phil’s overall. My only complaint is there are very few vegetarian or seafood dishes, since I have pescatarian family members.

La Bella Cafe & Games - Chula Vista

Rating: 4.4 /5
Roberto Madrigal Been eating there for years. Always have a good meal and leftovers that I gladly eat the next day. This past week dropped by to have a very tasty Caesar Grilled Chicken Salad and the Barbecue Chicken Pizza that was delicious. Even the lemonade was good. Have had the lasagna before and I recommend it.
