3 /5 Kenneth Fernandez: Talk about night and day...Ariel at the main restaurants front counter was quite unhelpful, complacent, and tried to overcharge me with a more expensive item on the menu. Although I tried to gently point out the error, her pride got in the way. I even heard her passively back talk about me with another employee while she was near the back station! She was very spiteful and unprofessional to say the least. In fact, Tony, the owner, had to intercede and did his best to make things right. I still overpaid about $10.
On a positive note, Miss Loretta was very apologetic for my negative experience with that other individual and did a great job earning back my familys and friends business.
I hope Tony acknowledges Miss Lorettas save by deescalating the frustration and nonsense my family experienced.
