Bones Roadhouse - (Near Placerville, CA)

Sterling Armstrong-Cate Fantastic quality for a fairly reasonable price compared to other steakhouses. The sushi here is top notch and tastes almost as fresh as it does near the Wharf in San Francisco. The Lobster King Roll is an incredible value if youre looking for something that tastes luxurious with a fairly big portion without breaking the bank. The Japanese style popcorn chicken is also quite an addictive appetizer. The shrimp fried rice is also great to share with big, juicy shrimp and crisp flavorful veggies. I did a pickup order from this restaurant, but I will say the decor seemed pretty upscale. Its probably the fanciest place Ive seen since the original run of The Willow Steakhouse in Jamestown. Ill definitely be coming back here anytime I want to impress someone.

David Won Great place to visit with friends and family. Bustling vibe and a lot of great food options. Good mix of restaurants, drinks and desserts. There is a nice open area across from the building where we let the kids run around after dinner. Parking can be challenging during busy times so we often park a couple blocks away in the neighborhood. Sometimes we get lucky and get street parking right next to the building. There is a lot of communal seating both upstairs and downstairs but best for parties of 4 or less. Bigger tables are downstairs. They have a couple bench swings and large cushioned benches if you just need a seat. We had a large party (13) and was able to sit outside on the front patio, which had large tables (probably empty because no alcohol is allowed outside). Can be a bit loud as the front patio overlooks the parking lot. Food options are great. We had soul food, smash burgers, ramen, Indian and beers from various restaurants. Most of the resultants have dedicated seating but we like to get food from various places when we visit (some places give you a pager, others will text or call your cell when food is ready). Kids loved walking around to see all the different places to eat.

Owen Wilson The food was excellent and the open kitchen made the experience even more enjoyable. Nick and Morgan were outstanding and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Service was quick, attentive, and thoughtful. I celebrated my birthday here and could not have been happier.

Sarah Kaufmann We recently had our daughters first birthday here in the event space and it was perfect!!! Although the room was a little warm because of the kitchen it was the perfect day. Everything was amazing. The food, service, and space was just excellent. Linzy was great to work with and was very prompt in her responses to me with working out details. Also a great place to just come in for lunch on the weekends. Always mellow and great food and great for families.

Li Albert We ordered Nachos, Simmys burger and 15 mins chicken wing. I like the house sauce in Nachos and Burger brings more rich flavors to the food. The chicken wing is very crunchy outside and juicy inside. Everything tastes great and price is reasonable. Service is also precise and fast! Recommended!

Noel Lopez Lake Alice is a very cool bar in the heart of down town riverside. This is a 49ers bar and let me tell you, it gets jammed packed. I wish I knew you can we reserve tables. I got there a couple of hours early and all the down stairs tables were reserved. Luckily, we found a spot upstairs that is 49er fans only. We has a blast even though we lost. The bar is a great venue any time. Highly recommend.
