1 /5 Corey West: Shut service they mess up my order every time I come in this time asked for jalapenos no pickles and they mix the two. People have allergies, unprofessional to not read the ticket and make it how it says not that hard to take off pickles and put jalapenos then I tell her they messed up she glares at me and takes the bag tells me to pull around and wait. I finally get my true order and she glares at me hands the bag turns around before I could ask for ketchup or anything very rude will not be back. Failures.learn respect and get real customer service that knows how to handle their own mess ups. They mess up every time. Downhill they roll with the other things that roll down hill.

5 /5 Tyann Chandler: I dont eat here very often but was starving one day I was in town grocery shopping, so I popped thru the drive thru. The young guy who took my order was very friendly he did a great job even asked if I needed extra sauce which NEVER usually happens. The food was good, my fries were hot & my order was correct. I had a great experience, I wuld visit again.

1 /5 Creamy: Food usually tastes mid. Im not sure, I like burger king and tend to eat here relatively often. A few times the food has strangely tasted like soap? Like, cleaning soap. We called and told them and the lady over the phone was very nice and offered a free meal which I can say Im very pleased about her service and offer to make it right. We spent about $30, so I was understandably very upset. The service is usually okay, the female employees being especially kind and upbeat when Im there. I wouldnt recommend to never eat here although I would say its a bit expensive. Edit: Im absolutely disgusted. The past few times Ive eaten here the food has been served cold and it tastes old, as if its been sitting on a counter for hours. We went through the drive thru and waited about 15 minutes for service until someone took our order. When served our food, it was cold and stale. Fries tasted unsalted and old. Maybe they were from someone elses order? I dont know but I am repulsed. Im usually very lenient but I just got off work and wanted a quick hot meal and instead waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to be served nasty food. And I cannot emphasize how old the food tastes. It tastes as if its been sitting out for hours, not fresh or freshly heated at all. Was handed to us COLD. burger was poorly made. Almost every time I order a plain burger they put sauces on it and I need to have it remade. They used to be mid and overpriced but now they just suck and theyre overpriced. Im extremely disappointed....the burger I had was sad and cold, the patty with cheese fell right off of the bun when I took my burger out of the wrapper. Usually its HOT so it melts to the bun...Im very disappointed. I will no longer be supporting them. As well as the employees were short with us and very rude.
