1 /5 Sara Pinedo: Placed our order which was a kabab flatbread, I also asked for fries with it. The lady taking our order asked, what size and I then replied with, “the add on of $3.75. “ I then assumed she hadn’t placed the order correctly so I then again confirmed with,”thats the flatbread kabab correct?” and she replied with “yes .” My boyfriend ordered blue cheese fries with his burger also. The bill came out to $63.09 after tip. I quickly had to review the receipt since felt the price was off and mostly likely so was the order. I then waited in line and let the same lady know. She then apologized and was very nice about it which made me feel better and made me feel heard. She then voided the wrong meal transaction and told me I’d have to re-run my card for the new pricing, that kinda left me feeling a little skeptical but i said okay. Getting refunded the difference was what I would have preferred but I didn’t want to make it more difficult. I then went to take a seat and waited for our food. Our food was delivered by a different woman(assuming she might have been the cook or manager) and the lady that took our order, I found that kind of strange since she hadn’t helped deliver any of the other tables food. Our fries looked like they were the bottom of the bag and my boyfriends fries didn’t even have the blue cheese he paid for. We then saw the table next to us get their food delivered by one of the servers not the cook, and their fries looked 10x better. We over heard them also apologizing for some mistake made on their order also. Thats when we felt ripped off and insulted to be honest. We will not be going back thats for sure, so not worth $63.09 for two meals with terrible fries and bad service.
