1 /5 Akili Michaela: Highly disappointed in the service my friend and I received today. While I fully understand that establishments get busy, there is absolutely no excuse for unsanitary conditions. I wasnt even upset about waiting an hour -- we were patient and even asked for our food to go because we had to get back to work.
Where my frustration truly comes from is the complete lack of concern shown by the manager, Courtney. She was dismissive, rude, and brushed off the fact that I found a hair in my food. Her exact response was, "these things occasionally happen." She also let me know that she was too busy to issue a refund.
Im sorry, but the tone you used and the way you made me feel as a customer was unacceptable. I left feeling unvalued and disrespected, and its the sole reason I will no longer support this business.
And just to be clear, Courtney -- I do not "occasionally" enjoy hair in my food.
