5 /5 Cassie Harriman: Omg this place is such a gem!!! We can for a late dinner and it was empty? There’s no reason for it to be. The waitresses are delightful and so friendly! The decor is adorable and so inviting. And the FOOD IS DELICIOUS. Just take a look at the photos. Definitely order the flatbreads, they aren’t actually flat they are more fluffy but I prefer them that way. The salmon was great as well and the arrabiata is delicious if you like spicy!

5 /5 Martin Galaz: The place is welcoming. Decoration is stunning. We celebrated my wifes birthday here and we couldnt picked a better place. Ordered the short rib and chicken diavola. Both were increible, but the short rib was exceptional; super juicy and delicious.

5 /5 Jen Pangelinan: We had such a wonderful experience at Costa Kitchen & Bar in Santa Barbara! We came in for Brunch on 9/27/25 and were greeted by the friendly staff. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. I ordered the East Beach Omelette, while my boyfriend had the Steak and Eggs—both dishes were outstanding! The flavors were spot on, the portions generous, and everything was beautifully prepared. The staff made the meal even more enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and attentive. George, the Manager, stopped by our table. Talking with him felt like catching up with an old friend—it really added a personal touch to the whole experience. We left brunch so impressed that we decided to come back for dinner the same day. Dinner was just as incredible. The evening team was equally charming and made us feel right at home. We ordered the Salmon and Braised Short Ribs, and once again, the food was excellent—rich flavors, perfect execution, and very satisfying. Costa Kitchen & Bar is the kind of place that makes you want to return again and again. Between the friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, and delicious food, you’ll love every moment here. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Say M: Great view of the beach from both the bars and most of the tables - lots of outdoor seating set far enough back from the road so traffic doesn’t affect your experience. Terrific happy hour deals from 5-7, especially considering the location and views! Hidden gem. (Yes, I am hyping it - I wandered in and couldn’t believe it wasn’t packed on a gorgeous Friday afternoon!)
