5 /5 Bob J: I’ve been there many times whenever I’m in town and loved the ice cream and service but what I love even more is the owners responses to negative reviews which are truthful and very entertaining. She will call you out if you are reviewing her store badly for self promotion or Google review points. However, if she or her employees did make a mistake the owner will admit it and apologize. I’m staying at the Weaverville Hotel and will walk over to Crocketts for some delicious sweets and maybe try the chocolate coffee float which reviewers really enjoy. Hopefully, I will see the owner, congratulate her on her successful business, honest responses to reviews, compare notes on being self employed and the trials and tribulations of owning a business. Keep up the good work!
