2 /5 Majin Buu: Food was mid. Service was bad. Sat at a dirty table. No napkins brought we had to ask many times. Not enough plates brought. Server barely came to help and wings were good but rest of the food wasn’t. Mountain of nachos should be called mountain of tortilla chips cause they was barely any toppings on it.

2 /5 Evelyn Ibarra: The bar service is too slow. I ordered sliders and it took 35 mins for the food to arrive when it was not even a busy night. The bartenders were trying their best but still take too long since you need more than 2 bartenders for a bar that size. Parking is difficult. A lot of the games were broken.

5 /5 Sarah Grundman: Most of the Staff is amazing at this location. Gary, the GM, made it a Point to come introduce Himself, last Visit, He told Us We’re valued and His “Favorite Guests”. So Sweet. I also have to mention the Bartender, Benjamin. He is always quick with a smile and genuine demeanor. Fast. Accommodating & Super knowledgeable about promotions. Those two always make Us feel like the Legendary member Status we’ve become. I wish other Staff members were more reliable. We stopped coming for a few months due to poor service. Give those tow bonuses and incentives to keep up the good work, please. We spend a lot of money here.

5 /5 D J: We recently had my son’s birthday party at the Concord location. In past years we usually do a big bash and rent a room, which we’ve always been really satisfied with. This year we had a smaller group of kids and decided to make reservations online and reserve a booth. Our server Brittney was the only one taking care of our area and she was super sweet and helpful. Great attitude, very warm and friendly. I let her know what we were needing and asked her opinion about time frames and foods. She was awesome. As the kiddos arrived she checked in, and made sure we were good. Food arrived timely and correctly. She definitely helped relieve the self induced anxiety I tend to have whenever I’m hosting an event. I will for sure, suggest to friends Dave & Busters for events big and small. The best part, was the great time had by all!

4 /5 Rukhmini Adhikari: Good time and food has been great anytime Ive eaten here. Service was slow and items forgotten on not a busy night. Our waitress did her best. Life happens, just honest feedback. We came on a Monday evening from 5:30-8p. Will return because its still a fun place!
