James Wang Affordable and delicious Korean food with fast service, great taste, and good portions. Their Korean seafood pancake was really tasty, and their dolsot bibimbap had fresh ingredients. They provide fresh kimchi as part of their banchan and offer free refills. The dining space inside is rather tight with ~10 tables, but they also have a few 2-person outdoor dining tables. There is a paper waitlist on the back of the door.

Wenny Ong After trying quite a number of ramen places in the peninsula, I feel like Taishoken should be having higher stars. We ordered both the tsukemen and ramen and both were great. Eggs cooked perfectly and the broth is simple yet flavorful.

Anthony Gomez Small but really nice little restaurant that offers amazing beignets and breakfast lunch and more dessert items. Service was great and the beignets were amazing! Got the peach cobbler 8pcs and tasted high quality and delicious! Definitely recommend for a good eat or dessert cravings and I’m excited to try the other flavors and food items they have as well

Mary P Visited November 21st..see my receipt. I have never been here before and decided to stop in and get a pizza for later. It is off Pleasant Valley Road in Penn Valley. The place is pretty big with another section for the bar area. They also have outdoor seating. There is plenty of tvs to watch sports in the bar area. Popular eith the locals. Although the pizza took awhile to bake ( and they were not busy) it was tasty. I got the pepperoni pizza to go as I had to get on the road. I Like that they use the miniature pepperoni on the pizza! Nice crust! Good place to unwind with friendly patrons! Ps. They also have pizza by the slice

Colleen Constant What I’ve been searching for!! Everything (despite my low quality photos) was incredible. I had the chips and guacamole, one cauliflower taco and one fish taco, as well as the ahi ceviche. The taco tortillas were amazing, the portions were generous and the sauces were excellent. The ahi ceviche was spicy and refreshing. Our drinks were also awesome. This food hall has a great atmosphere, I for sure will be back!
