Elephant Thai Cuisine - (Near Vallejo, CA)

5 /5 Khalil: I recently visited Elephant Thai Cuisine and was blown away by how good everything was. The flavors were bold, authentic, and beautifully balanced exactly what you hope for in great Thai cuisine. The mango sticky rice was perfectly cooked with just the right mix of sweetness and tang, and the Green Curry had a rich, aromatic depth that made it hard to stop eating. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is cozy without feeling crowded, and the food came out quickly, fresh, and piping hot. Overall, this is easily one of the best Thai spots I’ve tried. If you’re craving delicious, well-prepared Thai food with fantastic service, this place is absolutely worth a visit!

5 /5 Veronica Boe: Definitely check this restaurant out if you havent visited there yet. Although located in a strip mall, the interior decor is beautiful and nicely done. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and flavorful. We had the combination pad thai, crab fried rice, and yellow curry beef. Just enough spice and they have additional sauces on the table to add more heat if desired. They seemed to already have "regulars" that frequently dine there and plenty of take out business. Easy parking, too. Great dining experience overall and look forward to visiting again.

5 /5 Kiki Squid: Wow, what a short trip to Thailand! Don’t let the oppressed strip mall fool you, because once you walk through the door of this restaurant, you will be transported to Bangkok and be greeted with smiles and food. Before even ordering anything for lunch, a lovely lady came and delivered soup and salad to us. My husband ordered some steamed gyoza accompanied with a sweet-n-savory sauce. Next we had Pad See Ew and Spicy Eggplant which included white rice shaped like a flower bloom. The server paced our food out beautifully and they never let my water glass run dry. They also placed a spice rack on the table without us asking for it. All of the ingredients were fresh and everything tasted great. What a nice lunch. Thank you. We look forward to returning!
