3 /5 Nathan Delaney: Weve wanted to try this spot for awhile now and finally made it in. Ambiance is awesome, the scavenger hunt for our daughter was a lot of fun. I like that they kept a lot of the MoTav vibe but gave their great twist on it. Cocktail menu is great. Comfortable space. Service was top notch. Food though is okay. I respect their cooking method as the meats are super tender, could be seasoned much better. Taco bout delicious was cooked great, but lacked flavor other than meat fat. Thank goodness for the pickled onions to give it some bite. The duck confit was equally flavor lacking, cooked great but just boring, definitely should take it off the menu as it is an insult to duck. Sadly the food highlight was the food we ordered for our 4 year old. The lil smashy meal was great. The burgers like everything else were cooked perfectly, pink in the middle, but they also had seasoning and sauce! Their feral sauce is fantastic. The fries were really good as well. Our friends said it was overpriced and mediocre. I think their pricing is fair, but they need to do better on flavors. The meats were cooked well but just lacking even salt, and I generally stay away from saltier food. Service was top notch and the place is a lot of fun. Id stick to the kids menu though apparently.

4 /5 Ann C: We came to Feral for dinner. We truly enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant. It created a classical and elegant European-style atmosphere. It was a very satisfying meal. The food was delicious with unique ingredients. The best part was when the waitress brought us the Tulip chocolate mousse dessert. It was not only delicious but also it was very creative and the coolest thing Ive ever had. It made our dining experience extremely memorable. I want to give a special thanks to the two chefs who worked at the Farmers Market on July 31st. You helped my husband with your kindness and generosity and you refused a tip. Both of you are amazing and valuable assets to the team and the restaurant.

5 /5 Joseph Benton: Its so much harder to have ATMOSPHERE than food and service. If you invest enough into your food by hiring a great chef and train really great staff then you can have awesome service, but that PLUS atmosphere is a different ballgame. You wont be surprised when I say that THIS PLACE has atmosphere. It should be listed in the dictionary definition when the describe the meaning of the word. Dont get me wrong--the service from ALL the staff is great. Every time I have looked toward and interacted with staff, I always get a friendly smile and a welcoming gaze. Thats awesome! And besides the really amazing mocktails (which are not really that easy to do) and the food we had (we had a couple appetizers as we were short on time), we were really very surprised and blown away. Cats Meow and Figs of Paradise were the alcohol-free drinks we chose and they were both VERY yummy and mine was served in this really cool bamboo-looking ceramic tiki tall glass--neato!! My wife had the Rabbit Food which is this awesome baked carrot dish with spices that make you go mmmmmmm. And I had the Farmers Market Board comprised of several pickled veg surprises and hummus with a few pieces of gf bread. Wonderful! But the real star of the show is the wonderful decor. The menu boasts a scavenger hunt and encourages you to "stay curious" as you look through every corner and objet dart on walls and above you and beside you. One of my favorite things are the animal portraits and you really have to see them to understand why because they give off this vibe like were in a very interesting Lewis Carroll alternate reality where familiar things are impossibly different and fun! And on this trip, we sat in the Upstair. Not many places feature such a fun...feature? Anyway, it was a great vantage point to take in all the cool writing on walls, gigantic mirror behind the bar, and so on! I encourage you to give it a shot because its so cozy like the den of your dreams. Love it!

1 /5 Alexandraaswell: Edit: Came back with some friends thinking our last experience was a one off… there were FLIES in our wine we ordered. See photo. Tried to show our waitress but she wasn’t very concerned. She said “ya I believe you” in a condescending tone and walked away with the glass. Disgusting quality. Even worse service. Wanted to like this place so bad but we won’t be coming back. Been to Feral 10+ times and it is always super inconsistent. This past visit was the worst. Waited 25 minutes to order our drinks at the bar just for our order to come back wrong. After another 20 minutes for them to fix our order, the drinks were borderline terrible. You could get a better margarita at the gas station down the street than this place. The only drink worth your money here is the Espresso Martini.
