5 /5 Rena S: Connie and Reuben are both wonderful and very friendly. They are very helpful and have an awesome staff. There hasn’t been a menu item that hasn’t tasted great, but my go to are the protein bowls. Another thing I love, hands down, is the immunity boost, that shot is pure gold. Any time I feel a cold coming on, I take a shot of that and it’s gone. Even when I am sick, the immunity shot helps with the recovery. Even when I’m not feeling sick, I will still take a shot just because it tastes so good, better than any medicine. Overall, this is an amazing family business, with a wonderful staff and delicious food/drinks. #supportlocal

5 /5 Michael Arellano: I’ve been going here for a few years and have never been disappointed! The owners are awesome, personable, and remember your name! I really enjoy their caramel peanut butter shake, and their açaí bowel! The prices are a bit high (just like everywhere else in this economy) but it’s definitely high quality and large portions! 10/10 recommend, especially after a good workout at the gym Nextdoor!

5 /5 Sarah: The Smoothie was good and fresh. when I called him on the phone to explain what I wanted he explained exactly what I would be getting by asking for that and he gave me exactly what I wanted then he made sure I liked it before I even purchased it and I did like it very much. Also the customer service is wonderful. there is even wonderful customers friendly and kind and I can see why because the people who work there are wonderful loving and kind I call this place the love Health spot.

2 /5 GAIL SHRIVE: One of our favorite spot and I loved the owners, but not sure if its the new girl who served me or if theyre on ration, but they totally cut down on their servings. They normally serve this full to the rim which is what we pay for and also shareable. But cutting the serving portion too to almost HALF after raising their price, is kinda wrong in my opinion.
