Fishermans Table Yamasaki - (Near Huntington Beach, CA)

Shelley Kinney We took our first trip to Konocti Harbor Resort and Spa on Saturday night. What a blast from the past! My husband and I had never been there before, but wow! You can feel the nostalgia everywhere you look. What an amazing place. I remember hearing about the concerts and spa when I was growing up, and it was definitely the place to be. I’m so happy they’re working on bringing it back to life, and I hope they can restore it to something close to what it once was. I truly can’t wait to see what they do with the place. The lobby was clean, and the pool area was beautiful. I love that you can get drinks poolside. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Andy’s Tavern. I had the ribeye with garlic mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and a small basil, tomato, and mozzarella salad. My husband had a bacon cheeseburger with all the fixings and French fries. Everything was delicious! The restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. They had a live band scheduled from 8 to 11 p.m. playing jazz, R&B, soul, and Motown. We couldn’t stay for the show, but we were there during their sound check and wished they had been playing while we were eating dinner. It sounded fantastic. We can’t wait to go back!

Lucy Wilmot We came from Huntington Lake to go back to the Bay Area and I was delightfully surprised that I truly had the best burrito of my life. Not only did they take the time to build the super burrito and grilled the burrito on the flattop, but they had THE BEST selection of 4 salsas I have ever had to pour onto the burrito. There was a dark red that was spicy and smoky, a medium bodied orange salsa that was a bit sweeter, a classic tomatillo, and then some green salsa that was spicy but cooled and thicker. The combination was nuanced and addicting. You need to check this place out and see what the hype is about, it exceeded my expectations by a lot!!

Jamie Ginsberg The space is airy with lovely lines and clean energy, this could equally describe the food! The presentation is beautiful and if it wasn’t Olivia’s birthday, I’d have taken more photos. Instead, we shared delicious food and stories as we feasted before heading to the Paramount Theater to see John Mulaney (easy walk). The sides of rice are light and flavorful. The lavash disappeared immediately, we should have ordered double. I got all of the vegan dishes and enjoyed each one differently. The cashew sauce with the eggplant, yum. Cashew sauce is usually not my thing and I’d do it again. Right? There is a green chutney I’d like to keep in my life regularly. Why did we have to share???

Ron C. The food was well made all three times. I have been there. I had the hot wings. They seemed fried, and the sauce stuck well. The four cheese ravioli was very good, and i had the chicken marsala the last time i was there. The sauce was a little thin but loaded with mushrooms. The chicken was very tender. The draft selection leans heavily on ipas. It was not super busy around 3 when I went.

Diana Moreno Had always heard of them and finally got a chance to try yesterday! We got everything they had so everyone had something to try. Great tasting meats and the price is great. Service was amazing!
