Jonathan Lee Oh G Burger is a cozy place tucked on A Street in Hayward. With a wide seating area and bright, red, white and blue walls, it brings a more retro atmosphere, helped by the selection of 80s, 90s and 00s music. Aesthetically, its somewhere between an old-school diner and a cafeteria, and I greatly appreciate that. During my visit, the owner made sure to meet my needs in a timely and respectful manner. Ice for my drink was available on request, as well as water (and water cups). I noted that the owner was also very close with his regulars, but also willing to give a customer space if he felt that they wanted to be alone. It seems that management is in good hands. On this first visit, I ordered the Hayward Burger combo. To be honest, I didnt take a closer look at the menu and just picked on the spot - almost none of the ingredients in the burger itself were anything I would have normally had. Based on its individual ingredients, I should have hated what I ordered... but I didnt! The combination of flavors made what would have been an unpleasant experience in lesser hands, a pleasantly surprising one. Even if I dont know whether or not I will order another Hayward Burger, its certainly changed my opinion on bell peppers for the future. For that, I have to give a 5 star rating for the food - at any other place, I think I would have hated it. Ill definitely be coming back in the future!

H k Great place to take kids or go with friends and adults!! Looks so fun and great bar, GREAT food and manageable prices. Amazing place for bday party the kids loved it the bounce house ,the laser tag, time min golf, the arcade games and the bowling omg my 7 year old and our family and friends loved it!!! Great party package prices!!! Only thing I would suggest is bigger pizza,we bought 2 extra pizzas besides what was included because they are kind of small but luckily the pizza isnt too expensive so it was ok

Desert Cruizer The fruit bowls are off the chain delicious! You can definitely be the most popular person if you show up to a part with one of the mixed fruit party bowls in your hands.

Randa Ghadban We were looking for a quieter place away from the hustle and bustle of Cannery Row and were so happy to find this hidden gem. I don’t often take the time to write a review, but felt compelled as the food was delicious and the service top notch. My husband and I choose the sea bass entrees and dug right in before we thought to take a picture. We also had the kibbeh and a side dish of hummus. Yum. The kibbeh was lightly fried to perfection and the hummus very filling. We were pleasantly surprised the baklava was not too sweet. You could taste quality of ingredients in each bite. The food was served hot and the waitress was attentive. Sometimes you pay top dollar for mediocre food, at best. Not here. The reviews don’t lie, this is a five star restaurant. If I could give ten stars I would. We hope to be able to visit again soon.
