Kitchen & Vine - San Luis Obispo

Rating: 4.5 /5
Sarah Kitchen & Vine is a delightful spot that exceeded all my expectations! The dishes burst with flavor and freshness, and the cozy, inviting atmosphere makes it such a charming place to dine. The chilaquiles were packed with savory goodness, the lemon poppyseed waffles were perfectly balanced, and the avo toast—huge and absolutely divine—is a must-try. You can’t come here without trying the almond croissant warmed up, yum yum yum!!The hibiscus tea with a touch of lemonade was the perfect refreshing sweet treat. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
taishoken ramen

Taishoken Ramen - San Mateo

Rating: 4.5 /5
Wenny Ong After trying quite a number of ramen places in the peninsula, I feel like Taishoken should be having higher stars. We ordered both the tsukemen and ramen and both were great. Eggs cooked perfectly and the broth is simple yet flavorful.

Henry Ting Cash Only. There are 2 MUST REVISIT places every time that I come here: one is Patisserie Boissiere for their French onion soup and salad combo, and the second is Katys Place for breakfast. They have over 15 variations of Eggs Benedict, everything from a more traditional style to a lobster eggs Benedict. They can also do the same dozen styles but in an omelet. The 2 of us shared the corned beef eggs Benedict and pancakes short stack. My favorite must-have is their huge, fluffy buttermilk pancakes with a side of Canadian maple syrup. OMG. Our 2 pancakes were big enough for the 4 of us to share. One the best. Great service. But CASH ONLY.

The Alley - Mariposa

Rating: 4.7 /5
Niall Callan What a place, we were 2 brits looking for a few pints and some food. We stumbled across the Alley, Mary and Col were incredibly welcoming. They have a great selection of beers which you can try before you buy, as they will also recommend different options. They have a selection of pizzas which are really nice also. The Alley has a very local vibe and all of them are super friendly and welcoming. If in Mariposa a few beers and a pizza in this bar is a must.

PVS Fresh Grill and Tequila - San Bernardino, CA - San Bernardino

Rating: 4.2 /5
Ambrose Rodriguez Lunchtime at Pancho Villas PVs Fresh Grill. I recommend the Carne Asada burrito with guacamole and sour cream. Green chili salsa on the side. The flour tortilla was just like Grandma used to make. The carne asada was juicy and tender; the burrito was a respectable size. I really enjoyed every bite. The to drink only comes in one size, Id call it a shmedium (small/ medium). No chips with the to go order. The entrance is a very quick right turn after the corner, if you blink you may miss it. I got here before the lunch rush so I was out fairly quickly. All in all a good experience. Kinda pricey but what isnt these days?
