Jarred Pinn We went for so many things in the menu and they were all terrific! Oyster warmed over coals, smoked oxtail dashi, pickled onion Bluefin crudo, strawberry, rhubarb, mint Carrots charred, preserved huckleberry, honeycomb, fromage blanc Charred broccoli, chermoula, lime, peanut Pork belly smoked, rainbow carrot, pistachios Koji dry aged ribeye, chimichurri Potato Au gratin with double smoked bacon, charred onion and raclette cheese Passion fruit sorbet Baked Alaska to finish it off. Service was excellent, ambiance was very nice for a date. It’s mid and family friendly too.

Steve Reed Have been meaning to try the Workshop Kitchen for some time now and finally did brunch there on Sunday. The atmosphere and ambiance is wonderful. I can only imagine how nice it must be to eat here in cooler months and sit outside but the inside was very cool. The service was great and very friendly although a little slow. I think they were a little short staffed so totally understandable. The food was incredible. We shared a bunch of small plates and then shared some entrees. The brunch cocktail selection was amazing too. Overall very impressed with the experience and will happily come back and try dinner next.

Massa Rifai WOW. I want to move to SanDiego just so I can come here more often…. Food is EXCELLENT we had the vodka a la scampi and a special of the day of ravioli… all food was amazing! The table side tiramisu is really good and they have really good tea setup which I appreciate! The staff were amazing and the service was on point. Also… reserve a table in the patio- it is beautiful…. Highly recommend this place!!

Monique Gershon This is most definitely a go to place if you want a delicious meal. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend. I cant get enough of this place and now I have my cousin addicted. It is a must have. And If they have the swordfish available please do yourself a favor and order it. Youll be glad you did.

Kay and Marcos Ambiance, food and service are fantastic. There arent many of these institutions left and Im sure glad this has stuck around. There are two or three steakhouses that has better steaks but its still up there, and the ambiance cant be beat! I ordered the sand dabs, cream of spinach, and the rib eye steak medium rare, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. My original order was going to be prime rib however they ran out by the time of my reservations. IG: kay_okay_eat

Joe S We walked in on a Wednesday night celebrating a great work day; slightly nervous because it was a hour before closing. We were welcomed warmly and never felt rushed during our meal. Food and drinks were tasty. Decor is nice. Will come back!
