Lauren Rodriguez The service here was great and the food was delicious. Our server was friendly and gave us recommendations when we asked. The chips were thin, crispy and perfectly salted and the guacamole was some of the best I’ve had. The chorizo quesadilla was unique with the lentils, but so good. All 3 salsas provided were excellent and we all enjoyed the brisket and carnitas tacos. My husband said the brisket taco was his favorite. The drinks were also very good. We will for sure come back again sometime.

Tami Saner We were searching Google for a new Mexican restaurant to eat at and the Google reviews for Tequila Grill we’re really good so we gave it a try and we want to encourage others to come here. It was absolutely delicious. The staff is very polite and the restaurant is clean and it has a very relaxed vibe, not to mention the whole reason we were there was to eat the food and the chicken taco salad is absolutely delicious. I love that they use pinto beans instead of refried in the salad and my husband had their steak fajitas which we both highly recommend!

The vibe on Tuesday nights is great, and the karaoke at 8PM makes it even better. If you’re looking for a fun Taco Tuesday spot in Pasadena with cheap tacos, good drinks, and really good service, this is the place. Highly recommend!”

Liz Noone Back A Yard is my favorite spot! Their food is ALWAYS on point. I’ve tried several items from the menu and everything was so flavorful and delicious. If you’re lucky to order on a Wednesday, you must try their brown chicken stew. It was life changing for me! I also love their oxtails and curry chicken. I recommend getting the corn festivals if you are getting an entree in a gravy — they are perfect for mopping up flavorful sauces! I’ve also tried their corn bread, beef patty, collard greens, and mac and cheese. Everything is sooo good! You can’t go wrong at Back A Yard!
