The Cheesecake Factory - (Near Roseville, CA)

4 /5 Katy Wells: I recently dined at The Cheesecake Factory, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of wait for a table; we were seated immediately. Our waitress promptly took our food and drink orders, but we didn’t see her again until our food arrived. While we did receive some delicious bread, it was a bit hard rather than the soft texture I had expected. Unfortunately, our drinks went empty and we didn’t get a refill until our meals were served. The waitress didn’t seem very happy about getting us a refill either, and I had to scan the rewards myself at the main counter. Having visited before and traveling two hours to get there, I was disappointed by the service this time. I may not return for a while, especially with another restaurant nearby in the Galleria.

1 /5 Michael Tyler: I just got some food to go, and let me say, I eat here quite a bit, but I dont know if I have ever gotten food to go other than cheesecake. I was trying to just get food and didnt want to eat in. So I ordered my usual order, and wow, what a difference between to-go and dine-in food. I waited 45 minutes for an appetizer and entree. Okay, it is what it is. But if I wait a while, at least let the food be good and warm. But I know something happened. Because as soon as I came in from waiting in the car spot for almost an hour, it was done. The bread on the sandwich is usually really crispy. I got it to go tonight, and its barely toasted and is very soft, almost like regular white bread. Plus, this and the appetizer were cold. To top it off, they forgot the extra ranch that I ordered and paid for. Yeah, just go in and eat; its not even close to the same experience.

5 /5 Yami Ninaa: Where do I start, its a beautiful place love the decorations. The pasta was really good, it was filled with cheese and the plate was huge as well as the fish and chips plate was huge as well. The waiters were so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place the food is amazing.

5 /5 Jay Aldrich: We were just trying to kill time before leaving the mall. Decided to just grab some dessert since we had already eaten. We got the Resses peanut butter chocolate cheese cake and just a simple hot fudge Sunday for the kids. The cheesecake did not disappoint! It was perfect. I have been other times and actually had the food, its pretty good. The menu is definitely huge and has a huge variety. This post is just about the dessert, and we were totally satisfied with the service and food.

4 /5 Anca D: I visited The Cheesecake Factory last night and had a decent experience overall. We had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated, but it wasn’t a big deal. Since the weather was perfect, we chose to sit on the patio. However, the first thing we noticed was that the patio floor was quite dirty, with crumbs and food pieces scattered around. It definitely could have been cleaner. Aside from that, the service was fantastic. Our server was friendly and attentive, making the experience pleasant. The food was good, though there were a few things worth mentioning. For appetizers, we had the calamari, stuffed mushrooms, and warm crab dip. The crab dip, while flavorful, was a bit too oily for my taste. For the main course, we tried the Cajun Salmon, Steak Diane, and the Grilled Steak Medallions from the Skinnylicious menu. Everything was tasty, and we also ordered a kids’ flatbread pizza, which was a hit with the little one. All in all, everything was good, and I’ll definitely be returning. I just hope the patio is a bit cleaner next time.
