Kathleen Sussek We stopped in for breakfast and had the Primavera scramble—it was excellent! The toast with raspberry jam was absolutely phenomenal, one of the highlights of the meal. The coffee was rich and very good, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Overall, great food, great vibe, and a wonderful breakfast stop all around. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Eureka!

Yu Helen (Chestnut Journal) Wonderful Sunday brunch at Ubuntu. It was surely happening on a sunny morning. You have to line up for food first and then it is brought to you at the table. Lots of space for al fresco dining and the vibe is relaxed but boisterous. I had a simple scrambled eggs and it was well seasoned and filling too. My friends and I chatted away and spent a wonderful late morning catching up. The cheese puffs were especially good.

Shane Jones Came in for an early dinner and a beer after work. Pleasantly surprised. Old school feel inside. Everything appeared very clean and maintained. I went with the El Molcajete and my coworker went with the birria tacos. Wasnt the best molcajete Ive had but it was certainly the best Ive had for the price. Thinking back, great prices for the quality of food. Beers are $4.25; if I lived in the area this would be a regular place for me for sure. Chips were fresh and delicious as was both salsas I tried. Service was spot on; attentive and prompt.
