Brenda Manning My go-to favorites: Texas egg-rolls for appetizer…(cream cheese, hint of jalapeño, a sweet jalapeño jelly-type dip). Not very spicy but just enough of a kick to get the jalapeño flavor, but overall crispy cream cheesy-deliciousness. The Sesame Garlic Filet Mignon…melts in your mouth (I order medium), delicious sauce- very savory, buttery, garlicky. House salad with their creamy lemon-dill dressing and their loaded sweet potato (HUGE perfectly baked sweet potato, with cinnamon, brown sugar, and butter) are my usual sides. Hubby ordered a burger and enjoyed it. He usually gets the ribs or the sampler platter and has always liked everything. They have a great selection of drinks and different types of lemonades, and the drinks have always been strong (in a good way!) every time we’ve gone. That “other” roadhouse not too far down the freeway is always crowded, and although I don’t have specific negatives about that place, I do enjoy the more laid-back and less noisy/chaotic atmosphere of Original Roadhouse and I’ve found my magic tasty go-tos :)

Mihir Phadke Really good spot for Taiwanese food! The weather was quite rainy and I had a craving for some Taiwanese beef noodle soup, and this place didnt disappoint at all. I got the traditional beef noodle soup and the spiciest popcorn chicken on the side, and both were 10/10 fantastic! The beef noodle soup was perfect, with a really flavourful broth and many large pieces of tender beef. The popcorn chicken was very crispy and the spice mix on it was absolutely delicious. Besides that, the service is pretty quick, the staff are very friendly, and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere with some cool artwork on the wall. Overall, Id highly recommend checking this place out especially if you like beef noodle soup or popcorn chicken. Ill definitely be back!

Mary Stanton Best breakfast in South Lake Tahoe! This is a must every time we visit! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice, cafe de olla, and peppermint mocha. The Horchata French toast was fluffy and the perfect breakfast appetizer! The chiliquiles, asada and eggs, and the beans and rice with al pastor are top notch! We walked away feeling full and ready for a day on the mountain or casino floor! Kristen was fun and helpful!

Armando Bautista Waitress was very knowledgeable of the whole entire menu. Every question we asked she had a very prompt and satisfying response. Food was delicious huge amounts of portions, and very friendly atmosphere.

Diana Tarlson My husband and I came into the Chevys in Santa Rosa on a whim because we don’t have locations near us any more. Molly was our server and was amazing! She was attentive and friendly and made sure we had the best experience during our lunch. The food was delicious and came quickly! Highly recommend eating here!

Josh Funke This place is a gem. Great service thanks Travis B, simple old school bar/restaurant that has a ton of great options. Bison burger was cooked perfectly. The shrimp wrap was delicious and having these shrimp options shows they get their food from the source. Upgraded to the beer battered fries and ate every single one of them. Good cocktails, cold beer.
