5 /5 Juan Hernandez: The food was delicious. We ordered the shrimp platter, it came with 4 styles of shrimp and beans n rice also came with handmade tortillas that were huge. Had live music aswell. Great spot to eat at. Only downside for me was the shrimp a la diabla werent as spicy as they should have (in my opinion). Overall great experience.
5 /5 Tay Bui: The octopus is tender, the oysters are fresh, the Michelada is perfect, and the tortillas come out piping hot. I love this place.
4 /5 Leslie Velazquez: It was good, just so hot in there. The cafe de olla wasnt sweet, you have to sweeten it yourself, which I didnt like, its supposed to be sweetened with piloncillo. I got the chilaquiles verdes breakfast and the sauce fir the chilaquiles was ok, beans and rice were good.
5 /5 George Marquez: Definitely delicious and will be coming back to try the blanco version next con Pata and was told it sells out fast so get there early so I can try it i will. The blanco version was amazing and thank you for the amazing menudo and remember everyone you need to get here early or it will be sold out.
Justin K Delicious seafood combos you order at the counter. Not very busy on a Tuesday night. You can get dessert from yogurtland down the block. We had the cioppino, paella, and fish and chips. Yum!
Liliana M Have only been to this location once for a celebration dinner with a larger group of people. The restaurant was able to get us all seated and our server was very attentive! The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated, and there is seating inside and outsides. The only issue with this location is the parking which the restaurant has no control over. If you plan to come during a busier time you may have to walk a bit but that’s the nature of a downtown area.
I knew what to expect food wise since I’ve been to the location in Sacramento. The food was good and filling. I had gotten the spaghetti carbonara and the sauce was delicious, the pasta had a firmness to it more than other restaurants, and the bread was garlicky and crispy. They had a pasta special that had lemons and capers that was also delicious. I would come back if in the area.
Sharn Kung Food is good and portions are huge. Quite popular so sometimes there’s a wait. When it’s busy the service can get a bit slower, especially if you’re in the back room.
Good assortment of kid options.
Margaritas are on the sweeter side.
Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
Justin Carlos Marlene was a fantastic chef. The food was so flavorful and had a generous serving. Our server, Lisbeth, was accommodating and always ensured we are taken care of. The atmosphere and decorations of the restaurant were comfortable and beautifully displayed. I highly recommend!
