Maxs Bistro & Bar - (Near Fresno, CA)

Joon Park What a lovely restaurant. We got a complimentary ride from our hotel in their classic vehicle, which was such a fun way to start the evening. The restaurant itself is huge and almost feels like a theme park with its lift and curving staircases. The food was excellent. The ribeye was wonderful with an amazing potato on the side, and the scallops were also outstanding. The desserts and drinks were great, too. Service was very attentive throughout. This is a beautiful place to visit with family or loved ones.

Candy Pahua I loved my dining experience here! All the servers were kind and very helpful explaining how the cards worked as it was my first time. The dessert was lovely as well!

M Kay Wonderful Spot! We were on a road trip with our two small dogs and staying nearby. We were very fortunate that this place was withing walking distance of our hotel. They are also dog friendly - we had a lovely spot with a fire pit at our table. The staff was so kind and provided excellent service. The food was delish! we split the Korean BBQ salad and a side of smashed potatoes. Both were delicious. Our cocktails were awesome and tasty too. This place was a fantsstic find - I def recommend coming to 1865 Craft House & Kitchen!

Timothy Cheung Scala Osteria was absolutely packed, but since we had a reservation we were seated right away while walk-ins were quoted over an hour wait — definitely recommend reserving ahead. The staff went above and beyond by leaving a handwritten card for our special occasion, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was on point, especially the spaghetti con gamberi & vongole — perfectly cooked pasta and full of flavor seafood. Finished with an excellent tiramisu that did not disappoint. The vibe is fun and upbeat with a great bar, a big pizza oven, and an energetic atmosphere without feeling chaotic. Bonus: street parking at night wasn’t hard at all. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Galla Sai Vasudha Had dinner here on my anniversary,it has the best view in sandiego, food was amazing, service was great, ambience is pretty quiet and relaxing, good happy hour menu 3-5:30. My favorite was steamed muscles, fried calamari and lobster mac and cheese, highly recommended. Topped us off with desserts to mark our occasion. Thanks for the experience will definitely come back.

Sammi We made a reservation for a weeknight dinner at Pucquio to celebrate a family birthday, and it was really special. We prefer outdoor seating, so it was nice to have the option, especially accommodating our senior dog. The service was exceptional – Kevin was our server, and we got to meet the owner as well. Kevin was really memorable, going above and beyond us to make us feel welcome and tended to. We started with the cebiche and chicharron, and for mains, we split the lomo saltado, aji de gallina, and adobo de chancho. Everything was super flavorful! My favorites were the cebiche – super bright flavors – and aji de gallina – I could eat that every day. For dessert, we tried their fried dough, which was a bit sour for our taste but super interesting. The menu is pricey, so we would come for special occasions, but we would be so thrilled to enjoy their stellar food and service again.
