McDonalds - (Near Willows, CA)

5 /5 Ed Yu: I actually like this McDonalds. Its next to the freeway and in the parking lot of Walmart. The old gentleman working there is courteous and food came quickly so I dont have complaints. This is McDonalds so we know what the food is like. The interior is spacious and clean, and the location is convenient.

3 /5 Sean dent: Will they ever actually give you large fries when you pay for them or is it policy to fill them only half way? Update: theyre still robbing me on fries they get less and less full each time I go. Do they do this to avoid having to constantly make more? They really need to make some standards to uphold or even weigh them out (or have a robot do it) so we can get some consistency.

1 /5 Cole Wood: ⭐☆☆☆☆ McDisappointment I don’t know what happened to McDonald’s, but this place has fallen off harder than my WiFi during a Zoom call. I pulled into the drive-thru craving a McChicken and some fries, but I left with cold food, confusion, and a renewed sense of disappointment in humanity. First off, I waited in line for 18 minutes behind two cars. How does that even happen? Were they raising the cows out back before making the burgers? When I finally got to the window, the teenager working there looked at me like I’d personally ruined his day just by ordering food. I asked for no pickles on my burger. What did I get? A burger with extra pickles, as if the universe was trying to punish me. The fries were lukewarm and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp since Tuesday. And my Sprite? Flat. No fizz, no soul, just sadness in a cup. The worst part? The ice cream machine was (surprise) broken. Again. I feel like they keep that thing broken just out of spite. Overall, it was a chaotic, joyless experience. I came for fast food and left with emotional damage. Do better, McDonald’s.

2 /5 Lisa Parrish: In the last two weeks the service has been very long. Today I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and then finally had to leave before even getting to the order kiosk. Watched the other line run through 3 cars and I sat behind the same car for the entire time. Only got out because the car in front of me decided to drive thru and park to walk in. Service today was a -2 but because of prior service days I went for a 2 today. Hope they get it together and be as quick as they used to be. Willows has nearly no place you can dash out from the office for a 30 min lunch, grab something and get back.

2 /5 David Lindsey: Took a long time to be acknowledged at the ordering point in the drive thru (only 1 vehicle in line ahead of me). Got a very basic meal (2 cheeseburgers & fries) but still took a really long time to receive it, and when I did, the fries were cold. 5 cars behind me ended up leaving the line due to waiting so long to be acknowledged.
