Downside is that it gets really packed whenever I go there and theres at least 30+ minutes of wait, and be prepared for your food to come out a little later than youd expect. Come with some company and youre good.

It had been a while since my last visit, but I’m glad I came back. You order through a QR code at the table, and my go-to is the Deluxe Mazemen—basically a dry Japanese noodle bowl loaded with toppings. The flavors are deep, rich, and full of umami. It can get a little heavy, but that’s where the vinegar comes in—just add a splash to balance it out. The chashu pork in the deluxe is tender and flavorful, and the noodles are always cooked just right. Once you finish most of your noodles, you can ask for a free scoop of rice to mix with the leftover toppings—a perfect way to round out the meal. Lately, I’ve also been enjoying their broth (I think it’s chicken and pork based)—a warm, comforting finish after all that richness. Solid spot, definitely worth checking out if you’re craving something savory and satisfying.
