1 /5 VK MM: I ordered two boxes of baked rolls at this restaurant, intending to take them away. However, seeing that the restaurant wasnt busy, I opted to dine in.
01. Their server told the chef that the customer had switched to dine-in. Then the chef started swearing, which I could hear even sitting outside.
02. When the food finally arrived, it was in a takeout bag, and it was cold! It looked like it had been sitting there for a long time. I told the server, and they had to reheat it, and I can only say it was absolutely awful!
Ive been to many Japanese restaurants, but this is the most disgusting one! The chef and staff were constantly shouting and yelling, showing absolutely no manners.
And even though I had opted for dine-in, they deliberately packed it up for me because I paid first and my phone showed it as takeout. Even after the server told him I had switched to dine-in, he still rudely packed it up and left it there until it got cold before giving it to me. It was disgusting.
This kind of person should be fired. And I should never go to a restaurant like this again.
