Natural Cafe - (Near Goleta, CA)

4 /5 Gina Callaway: The Natural Café is one of my favorite spots for a healthy, delicious lunch in Goleta/Santa Barbara. I love their tuna fish sandwich and vegetable lasagna. Both are fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. You can sit inside or enjoy the outdoor seating, which is perfect on a beautiful day. Great food, relaxed atmosphere, and a wonderful place to stop for lunch. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Andre Arsenault: Came here with a group of friends and we were welcomed so warmly by the staff and the delicious food. We were looking for something fresh and delicious and we were not disappointed. The portions were very large and our orders came out very quick. The soup was hearty and tasted like how my grandma used to make it. The presentation really pulled us in and the flavour is what made us stay longer. I am so thankful to the team that served us and made our stay worthwhile. The dill salad dressing was delicious and the pasta was fresh and perfectly cooked. We will definitely be coming back.

Pleasantly surprised to find the Natural Cafe, my family and I wanyed To grab a bite to eat while we waited for the weather to improve. It was 10:40 am, a few staff members were sitting at tables. The restaurant opens at 11am and we asked if we could step inside to get out of the torrential rain pour. We were not allowed in.

5 /5 Alan: Great place for some healthy options for lunch. I had the turkey sandwich. It came with nice thick slices of turkey - so you could tell it was not processed. It included lettuce, tomatoes, and sprouts. I really liked it. It also was large enough for two meals. The vegetarian burritos were also very good. Best of all however, was the flourless chocolate cake. Don’t leave without trying that. Great place to get lunch.

5 /5 Amy “FabulousFoodie”: WOW, one word…DELICIOUS! Can’t believe it took me so long to try Natural Cafe! I was throughly impressed with the Mt. Fuji Stir Fry…chicken was super juicy with the perfect char broiled flavor, veggies were super fresh and cooked perfectly! Portions are VERY generous! Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu, but this was a GREAT first visit!
