3 /5 Nicholas Pun: Its ok. Flavours were there, presentation is on point, but incredibly tiny portions of food for exorbitant prices. Service is top-tier and the atmosphere is wonderful. Not a bad spot for a small group of friends to enjoy some post-dinner bites over drinks, but definitely dont come here for actual dinner unless youre looking to thin down your wallet. Had quite the spread of their menu. Nothing I would suggest in particular. Everything tastes as you expect, nothing more and nothing less. The one thing I would note is they like to use an abundance of sugar in all their dishes. Every tastes ever so slightly sickly sweet. Overall, had a decent time.

4 /5 Julia Enthoven: I enjoyed this girl’s dinner! Unique menu, dark space, and good service. The mushrooms were my favorite dish. The portion they recommended was far too much, so we had leftovers. I had high expectations for the shrimp toast, which was fine but disappointed me.

5 /5 Chris Auyeung: An underrated gem of a restaurant in San Francisco. Get the shrimp toast, binchotan grilled pork neck, and the pickle party! I first experienced food & hospitality from Chef Chris and Marcelle before they had a brick & mortar; they had catered a friends wedding and it was the absolute best wedding food Id ever had. When planning my own wedding this year, I immediately thought of their team. They were so flexible and great to work with, even with our unconventional vision of having hot pot at our wedding. We got tons of comments from our guests about it being some of the best hot pot they had ever had - super high quality vegetables and meats, and super delicious housemade broths and sauces. They only do a couple of events a year - Id absolutely highly recommend them for private event catering!!

3 /5 Karen Zheng: Pretty mediocre experience, menu has pork cooked in many different ways, but lack vegetable selection making the whole meal very heavy. Meat in the donburi is quite hard to chew, pork ribs tastes sour and salty (in a bad way). The pork and shrimp toast was pretty good, maybe a bit too sweet. Went on a work day dinner and the restaurant was pretty empty.

5 /5 Marcus Fredrich: I had just gotten back from Taipei and will be arriving to tell of the salad I had. It is excellent. I’ve tried every single Taiwanese restaurant in northern California, and they all are insufficient in flavor. Except for this places salad! The arranging of fried turnips with the salad is an taste I recommend to all, particularly any of Taiwanese heritage.
