Tradewinds Cafe and Bar - Oxnard

Rating: 4.6 /5
George U. Stopped in for lunch today at Tradewinds. We started with drinks, chips and guacamole. Kristin provided quality service and was professional and kind. My wife had the grilled chicken sandwich and I had the tuna melt. The ambiance, food and service were very good. Highly recommended.

New Eritrea Restaurant - San Francisco

Asif Khan I loved the food. This was my first time trying Eritrean food which is not surprising since the county is only two years older than I am. The food is very similar to Ethiopian food which is to be expected but I definitely detected nuances in the flavor profile that were distinct. However, I dont think I could verifiably state those differences. I was expecting a more spartan atmosphere but the design inside the restaurant was modern. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was praiseworthy. The price isnt too bad for being steps away from Golden Gate Park.

Josh Gatlin Was passing through town and had to grab some food getting back on the road. This place was the stop and glad I did. Its nice and bright inside and the decor gives a comfortable feel. The server was good and then I got to the food. Ordered the steak sandwich off the specials menu. What a great sandwich. It has a garlic ailoi with slices of steak and arugula mixed greens. To top it off, the sandwich roll was toasted with a little bit of butter. Geez, I could eat the sandwich everyday. I didnt have any beers, but looked like a great variety. Recommend this place for sure!!!!

Nagina Palace - Turlock

Jay Colond Beautiful dining room and fantastic value for the quality of the food. There is a decent vegetarian selection, and a full menu including traditional deserts. Although we’ve never used it, they also have a nice bar. The roti were fresh and the dal makhani was so comforting on a cold day. You won’t regret stopping in.

Papapolloni Mediterranean Bistro - Modesto

Tyler B Service here was excellent. We were greeted and seated almost immediately on walking through the door. All of our order was prepared and brought to the table promptly. The food was excellent. My coworker said the salmon, which was a special of the day, was perhaps the best salmon he had eaten. I ordered the spicy garlic chicken. The chicken was perfectly grilled, and remained juicy despite being breast meat. The spicy garlic cream sauce was excellent, and paired nicely with roasted vegetables.

Hon Ramen - Bakersfield

Daisy Chachacha This was definitely one of the better ramen spots weve been to. The broth was so creamy and flavorful. The chasu was made perfectly. We ordered a few drinks and appetizers. The takoyaki was delicious and the chili oil they use for their pot stickers was so good! Music was a little loud. But overall service was very friendly and helpful
